I am am TV show writer and am working on a project that i think you would have the skills to work on. I want someone to visualise my ideas using poser and possibly animate the host to make animations etc.
I want the female presenters to look like this and have lots of character and personality

I have a studio in Vilnius and have a lot of work for the right person.

i have a few questions to ask:
1. Is the software important? (i'm asking this since in the topic it's writen 3ds Max, yet in the ad itself i can find only poser), what 3d software packages are aceptable? Is the software the main issue or skills?
2. Is it a work for one person? Because if it is, i see no problems of using any
3d software package except for licensing, since there is no need to transfer a data from one packedge to another.
3. What studio is it?
4. Is it a one project for a freelancer or is it a full time job?
