You will need to add a registry key so that Maya can be uninstalled:
Open Regedit and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Autodesk\ADLM\Autodesk\Maya\2010\AdLM
Create a new DWORD key with the name “Type” and a value of 1
